Home Care Tailored to YOUR Loved One
Whatever your adult or senior needs is what we’re ready to do. We have full staffs in both Northern Florida and Northern Michigan and will hand-pick your caregivers. An adult family member may have cognitive or physical challenges that require medical assistance. That might require one of our visiting nurses or CNA’s. Your senior may need some companionship or help around the house. Our Home Companions and housekeepers are great at boosting morale. Your family may need a short break from caregiving and there’s no shame in that! Let our Certified Home Aids provide compassionate supervision for a week or two of Respite Care. Whatever type of care your family requires, Independence Home Health Care will deliver it with compassion and respect.
Some of the Adult & Senior Care Services we provide are:
- Medication Reminders
- Visiting Nurses
- Mobility Assistance
- Transportation to Appointments
- Bathing, Dressing & Oral Care
- Light Housekeeping
- In-Home Meal Preparation
- Outings & Walks
- Daily Status Updates via Tablet
- Video Chats with Family via Tablet
- And pretty much anything else your family needs to maintain your loved one’s quality of life at home!
But Why Can’t I Do it Alone?
It’s hard to admit you need help. Perhaps your parents cared for their parents alone and you think you should be able to do the same. Well, the world has changed a bit and it’s not your fault. Families live farther apart, not all together in one town or on the family farm. Wonderful advances in medicine are allowing seniors to live longer and adults with physical or cognitive challenges to live at home. The result is greater home care needs and less local family members to take care of them. The great news, is that Independence Home Health Care is here to help you bridge the gap.
